Primetime/LAUSD is an average company. The website achieve.lausd.net is easy to navigate and provides a good amount of information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and did not provide adequate solutions to my problems. Overall, my experience with Primetime/LAUSD was just okay.
