Upon reaching out to their team, the response time was satisfactory, but there were times when I had to follow up for updates. The agents were polite and professional, yet I felt they could have been more proactive in understanding my specific needs. In terms of finding a property that matched my preferences, Saydam properties group fell short. They did not have an extensive selection in the area I was interested in, and I had to look elsewhere to find my dream home.
