I had an average experience with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). While their support was adequate, there were instances where I felt the need for more personalized assistance. Nonetheless, their team was responsive and provided me with the necessary information and benefits I was entitled to. I appreciate their efforts but believe there is room for improvement.
