I recently had the opportunity to work with Pacific Biomedical, and I must say, it was an average experience overall. The team was knowledgeable and professional, but there were a few areas that could have been improved. While the quality of their products was good, the customer service could use some work. The response times were a bit slow and there were some miscommunications. However, I appreciate their willingness to address my concerns and resolve any issues that arose. Overall, not a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
