I recently switched to this electric company and I am quite satisfied with their services. The rates are reasonable and the billing process is simple. The online portal makes it convenient to manage my account and pay bills. I haven't faced any major issues so far. The only improvement I would suggest is better communication with customers regarding any planned outages or maintenance work.
