I recently switched to a different bank because I was not satisfied with the services provided by my previous bank. However, I found Fca bank italia to be even worse. Their website is not user-friendly, and it's difficult to find the information I need. The customer service is also subpar, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. I would not recommend Fca bank italia to anyone.
