I recently started working at Jay Jay Mills Lanka and so far, it has been a great experience. The company provides a positive work environment with supportive colleagues and helpful supervisors. The work-life balance here is good, allowing me to have time for my personal life as well. The management is efficient and takes into consideration the feedback of the employees. The only downside is the occasional lack of communication between different departments, which can cause minor delays. Other than that, it's been a great place to work.
