I recently went on a trip organized by Shalimar Tours & Charter and I must say it was a bit underwhelming. The customer service was lacking and there were multiple issues with our itinerary. The tour guide seemed disinterested and the accommodations were subpar. I expected more from a company with such positive reviews.
