I recently took my furry friend to this veterinary hospital 🐾🏥. Overall, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information 💻📝. However, the actual visit felt somewhat impersonal and rushed 😕⏰. The staff was polite, but didn't go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, but lacked a cozy atmosphere 🧼🪑. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and competent, but didn't take the time to thoroughly address all my concerns 🩺❓. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected a little more value for my money 💸💔. Overall, I felt like just another customer, rather than someone they genuinely cared about. While I would consider returning for the convenience, I hope to see improvements in their customer service and attention to detail in the future.
