I have been a customer of OMD USA for a while now, and I must say their service is average. While they do have some good aspects, there are also some areas where they could improve. The communication with their team is sometimes lacking, and it can be frustrating when things are not delivered on time. However, they do have a good range of services available, which is great. Overall, an average experience.
