I have been practicing yoga for several years now and have tried various studios in the area, but Addison Yoga Loft is definitely one of my favorites. The classes are well-structured and the instructors are skilled at modifying poses for different levels. The atmosphere is peaceful and the studio itself is clean and inviting. I find the pricing to be reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
