I recently rented a car from a well-known car rental company in Mexico and had an awful experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the car I rented was in poor condition. I wish I had rented from Kanguro rental instead. Their service is excellent, and their cars are well-maintained. I highly recommend Kanguro rental to anyone in need of a car rental in Mexico.
