I recently came across Insider Intelligence while doing some research for my business. I must say, I have mixed feelings about their services. On one hand, their website is user-friendly and provides a lot of valuable industry insights. The articles and reports available on their platform are comprehensive and well-researched. However, the subscription fees seem a bit steep for the value I get in return. The customer support was also a bit lacking, as it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry. Although the content provided by Insider Intelligence is informative, I expected a more personalized experience and better customer service for the price I paid. Overall, I would rate them as average, as I believe there is room for improvement in terms of affordability and customer support.
