My experience with Trust company ltd. k.k. was mediocre. The website japanesevehicles.com is decent, but nothing outstanding. The process of purchasing a vehicle was fine, but I had some issues with the delivery. It took longer than expected, and the communication could have been better. Overall, I would say they need some improvements in their service.
