I have been a loyal customer of Lapss for years now, and I can say without hesitation that their service is average at best. While their website is functional, it lacks certain features that would make the browsing and ordering experience more convenient. Additionally, the customer support can be slow to respond to inquiries. However, the quality of their products is good and their prices are reasonable. Overall, Lapss is an okay company to do business with.
