Total Fleet Service did an acceptable job fixing my vehicle. The mechanics were knowledgeable, and they managed to resolve the issue I had. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and it took longer than expected to get the job done. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
