I recently purchased a telephone system from Reliance Telephones and I must say, it was quite an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed to make a decision. The customer service was satisfactory, with the representatives being polite and helpful. However, the delivery of the product took longer than expected, causing a slight inconvenience. When I finally received the telephone system, it was in good condition and worked as advertised. The quality of the product was satisfactory, although I expected a bit more in terms of features and functionality for the price I paid. Overall, my experience with Reliance Telephones was average.
