As a customer, I recently visited the Second Presbyterian Church in Lexington, KY and found it to be an average experience. The organization's website, 2preslex.org, was visually appealing, but lacked information on specific programs and events. The church itself had a welcoming atmosphere, but I found the service to be somewhat unengaging. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of diversity among the congregation, as it seemed overwhelmingly homogeneous.
