I recently started practicing yoga and I found Rina yoga to be a wonderful place to begin my journey. The instructors are very supportive and patient, and they provide clear explanations and demonstrations during the classes. The studio is clean and spacious, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The classes are well-structured and I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. I would definitely recommend Rina yoga to anyone interested in yoga.
