The experience at Pet Vets of Folsom is simply average. The staff was polite and professional, but there was nothing outstanding about the service. They have a clean and well-maintained facility, which is definitely a plus. However, the prices seemed a bit high compared to other veterinary clinics in the area. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
