I recently visited Caffeitalia and I must say it was an average experience. The food was decent but the service was lacking. The server seemed disinterested and inattentive. The ambiance was pleasant though, with cozy seating and dim lighting. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a great place to eat, but it's not terrible either.
