The moving experience with Carepak was overall satisfactory. The movers were polite and handled my items with care. However, there were a few minor issues during the process. Communication could have been better and some items got slightly damaged. Nonetheless, the company promptly resolved the issues and provided compensation. I appreciate their efforts in addressing the concerns and would consider using them again in the future.
