I recently used the services of this logistics company and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I was disappointed with their customer service. The representatives were not very responsive or helpful when I had questions about my shipment. The delivery process was also slower than expected, causing some inconvenience. Additionally, the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other logistics companies I have used in the past. On the positive side, the company did deliver my items safely and without any damage. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They need to improve their customer service and delivery speed to provide a better experience for their customers.
