I have been a customer of Carolina Collegiate Federal Credit Union for several years now, and overall, I am satisfied with their services. The staff is friendly and professional, and they have always been quick to address any concerns or issues I have had. Their online banking platform is easy to navigate and provides all the features I need. However, their interest rates could be more competitive. It would be great to see some improvements in that area.
