I have been using Betelgeus for several years now and I must say it is an average company. The service is decent, but nothing exceptional. The website is easy to navigate, and they have a good selection of products. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support, as they can be slow to respond and not always the most helpful. Overall, I would say Betelgeus is an average company, but there is room for improvement.
