Phuket Serenity Villas provided us with an average experience. The villa we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful, although not particularly friendly. The location was convenient, close to the beach and restaurants. However, the wifi was quite slow and there were a few small maintenance issues in the villa. Overall, it was an average stay.
