I recently started practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and decided to join Marcio Cruz's academy. The training has been intense but enjoyable. The coaches are skilled and give clear instructions. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, making it a great learning environment. I feel like I've made a lot of progress since joining. Highly recommended!
