I had a mixed experience with Downing & Associates, Inc. Overall, their service was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a few instances where communication was lacking. The quality of their work was decent, but not outstanding. I would recommend them if you're looking for a budget option, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
