I am a loyal customer of Carolina Collegiate Federal Credit Union and I must say that their services are average. They have been quite reliable in terms of customer support and their online banking platform is user-friendly. However, there is room for improvement. The interest rates offered by the credit union are not very competitive compared to other financial institutions. Overall, a decent experience.
