The City of Windsor is an average company. I have had a mixed experience with them. Some aspects of their services are good, while others can definitely be improved. Overall, their customer service is decent, but could be more responsive to inquiries. The website layout could use some updates to make it easier to navigate. I appreciate that they have a wide range of information available online, but sometimes it can be overwhelming to find what I'm looking for. In terms of efficiency, they could work on reducing wait times for certain services. Overall, not a bad company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
