I've been training at Aikido of Red Bank for a few months now and I am really enjoying it. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about Aikido. The training is challenging but rewarding, and I've noticed a huge improvement in my technique and self-confidence. The dojo has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and I always feel supported and encouraged. Highly recommend Aikido of Red Bank!
