To be honest, I had low expectations when I first signed up for Albany Telephone Co's phone service. However, I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of their service. The call clarity is excellent and I haven't experienced any dropped calls. The customer support team has also been helpful whenever I have had any questions. Overall, I am very satisfied with Albany Telephone Co.
