I have been using public transportation in the capital area for a while now, and I must say that it has been a convenient way to travel. The buses are usually punctual, and the drivers are courteous. However, there have been instances where the buses were overcrowded, especially during peak hours. This can make the journey uncomfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would continue to use it.
