I have had a mixed experience with Bcs ultima. While the customer service representatives have always been helpful, I have encountered some issues with the online banking platform. There have been a few instances where my transactions did not go through smoothly. However, the staff was quick to resolve these issues. Overall, I would rate Bcs ultima as average.
