I recently had the opportunity to work with the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce, and I must say, it was an average experience. While their website, millvalley.org, provided useful information, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not friendly or accommodating, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The overall experience left much to be desired.
