This is my first time trying products from Zook molasses company and I must say I am impressed. The quality of their molasses is exceptional and has a rich, deep flavor that adds a wonderful depth to my baked goods. The texture is perfect and it mixes well in my recipes. I also appreciate that it's organic and free from any additives. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again.
