I recently interacted with a company providing services for preventing money laundering. The website, seprelad.gov.py, offered useful information about their work. However, I feel that the customer support could be improved. The response time was slow, and the representatives seemed uninterested in resolving my queries. They lacked professionalism. I would rate my experience as less than satisfactory.
