Our recent trip to Costa Rica organized by Costa Rica Vacations was overall average. The booking process was quite smooth, and the company provided good customer service. However, the hotels recommended were just average, nothing extraordinary. The tours and activities were okay, but we felt that they could have been better organized. The overall experience was decent, but it didn't surpass our expectations.
