I recently joined a martial arts program and stumbled upon this company's website. The website design was appealing and easy to navigate. It provided detailed information about the classes and the instructors. Upon signing up, I was excited to start my training. However, once I attended the classes, my overall experience was just average. The instructors seemed knowledgeable, but there was a lack of personal attention and individualized instruction. I felt like I was just another student in a large group. The facility itself was decent, but it could definitely use some updates and improvements. Additionally, the class schedule was not very flexible, which made it difficult for me to attend consistently. While the company has potential, I believe they could enhance their offering by focusing on providing a more personalized and attentive experience to their students.
