The care provided by Evergreen Hospice was below average. While the facility was clean, the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. There were communication issues, which led to confusion and frustration. I expected better services given the company's reputation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Evergreen Hospice based on my experience.
