I've been a customer of Souza Colombia for quite some time now and I have to say their service is average. While their website is easy to use, there have been issues with the ordering process. The quality of their products is decent, but not exceptional. In terms of customer support, they are responsive but not outstanding. Overall, I would say they provide an average service.
