I had a mixed experience with Eclair omnimedia graphics and design. On one hand, the quality of their work was exceptional. The designs they created for me were exactly what I had envisioned. However, I had some issues with their customer support. It took them quite some time to respond to my queries, and I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, I would say that their design skills are great, but they need to work on improving their customer service.
