The company Oman Filters Industry Co. SAOG was quite average in terms of their products and customer service. I felt that their filters were not as efficient as they claimed. The customer service staff was polite, but they were not very knowledgeable about their products. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
