The experience with Florentino was not good. I had a terrible time dealing with their customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The quality of their products is also not up to par. I received a damaged item and when I contacted Florentino about it, they did not provide any resolution. Overall, I would not recommend Florentino to anyone.
