The experience with Macaconaweb has been quite average. There were some good aspects, but also some areas that need improvement. Overall, the team was responsive and professional, but there were a few instances where communication could have been better. The website they built for us looks nice, but there were a few issues with functionality that took longer to resolve than expected. In terms of customer service, they did a good job of addressing our concerns and making necessary changes, but there were times when we felt the response time could have been faster. Overall, Macaconaweb is an adequate agency to work with, but there is room for improvement.
