My recent experience with the services provided by Tasmanian department of economic development, tourism and the arts was mediocre. I was expecting more from this reputed organization, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The website development.tas.gov.au was too cluttered, making it difficult to navigate and find relevant information. There is definitely room for improvement.
