I have been using Total Assault for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is fairly responsive. However, the overall performance of their products leaves much to be desired. I have had several issues with their software crashing and frequent bugs. While they do provide regular updates and patches, it still disrupts my workflow. I hope they can improve on this aspect.
