I had an average experience with Black Origin Wagyu. The quality of their wagyu beef was decent, but it wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. The customer service was satisfactory, although I did encounter a minor issue with my order. Overall, I would say it's an okay option if you're looking for wagyu beef, but there are probably better places out there.
