As a customer of Black gryphus, unipessoal lda., I must say that their services are average. I have had an okay experience with them so far. The customer service could be improved, but overall, it's decent. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is smooth. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of product quality.
