I have been living in an apartment managed by Perrel Management Co for the past two years and I must say, overall, I have had a good experience. The maintenance team is always prompt in responding to our requests and the property is well-maintained. The location is also convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby. The only downside is that the rent keeps increasing every year, which can be quite frustrating. Other than that, I have no major complaints.
